Bell Chief Executive Officer | Mr. Bell, joined INV Metals in July 2007, is a registered professional geoscientist with approximately three decades of domestic and international mineral exploration experience. He holds an Honours B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Bell joined Inco (now Vale Inco) in 1980 and worked in Canada, the USA, Brazil, Peru, Indonesia, Turkey, Greenland and Australia.

| | | Candace MacGibbon President and CFO | Ms. MacGibbon is a CA and CPA (Illinois) and a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and Sir Wilfred Laurier University. Ms. MacGibbon has extensive experience in the mining sector, along with significant contacts within the financial community, as a result of her previous employment as a global mining institutional salesperson with RBC Capital Markets and in base metals research as a mining associate with BMO Capital Markets. Ms. MacGibbon's experience in accounting matters includes her previous role as a Manager at Deloitte LLP and as a cost analyst with Inco Limited. Ms. MacGibbon joined INV Metals in March 2008.

| | | Kevin Canario Corporate Controller | Mr. Canario, Corporate Controller of INV Metals is a Chartered Accountant with over 4 years of experience in the mining business. Prior to joining INV Metals in 2011, Mr. Canario worked as a senior associate with PwC where he provided audit services to mining and manufacturing clients. Kevin holds a B. Com.(Hons) from McMaster University.

| | | Gabriel Vinas Accountant | Mr. Vinas joined INV Metals in December 2007. He has extensive experience in auditing and financial reporting. Prior to joining INV Metals Mr. Vinas was with Kleiman Consulting Group Ltd. Canada, KPMG, SANLUIS Corporacion SA, and Grupo Horus SA, Mexico. Mr. Vinas holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Universidad Iberoamericana (Mexico City).

| | | Keith Webb Country Manager. Namibia | Mr Webb joined INV Metals in May 2011. He has been involved in mining and exploration geology for the past 23 years and has extensive experience within West, East and Southern Africa, covering a range of commodities including gold, copper, nickel, uranium and diamonds. Mr Webb has been resident in Namibia since early 2006 and during this time has represented Extract Resources as Country Manager, and Kalahari Minerals as Exploration Manager. Mr. Webb holds a BSc Honours in Applied Geology from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland.

| | | Dr. Bryony Richards Geologist | Dr. Richards joined the INV Metals' Namibian team in April 2011. Bryony holds an Honours B.Sc. degree in geology from the University of Durham (UK) and a Ph.D. in geology from the University of London (UK). Dr. Richards has a background in the interpretation of complex datasets, geochemistry, tectonics, thermochronology and petrology and has worked on several commodities including diamonds, nickel and copper. Prior to working in Namibia Dr. Richards carried out work or research in Europe, New Zealand and Southern Africa.

| | | Dr. Craig McClung Geologist | Dr. McClung joined the INV Metals' Namibian team in March 2010 on a part-time basis and in March 2011 on a full-time basis. He has 14 years of exploration experience with particular reference to sediment-hosted base metal deposits, roughly 10 years of which have been in East and Southern Africa. Dr. McClung's experience covers a range of commodities including zinc, lead, copper, silver, gold and diamonds. Prior to joining INV Metals, Dr. McClung was a post-doctoral research fellow in geometallurgy at the University of Johannesburg, as well as Director of Geology for a South African junior exploration company. Dr. McClung holds a Ph.D. in geology from the University of Johannesburg in South Africa, M.Sc. from the Colorado School of Mines, USA, and a B.Sc. from the University of Colorado at Denver, USA.

| | | Eckhart Freyer Contract Geologist | Mr. Freyer joined INV Metals in November 2009, on secondment from our partner Teck Resources. He has more than 25 years of experience in southern Africa. Prior to joining Teck in 2003, Eckhart was the Namibian country manager of Ambase Exploration (Namibia) (Pty) Ltd (Anglo American) for five years, spent three years with Prospecting Ventures in Zimbabwe, and seven years with Erongo Mining and Exploration in Namibia, participating in the teams that developed the Navachab Gold and Skorpion Zinc Mines of Anglo American. He participated in the Kaoko Copper Project for Teck and guided the field team that discovered the numerous copper prospects that INV Metals is now evaluating. Eckhart is a born and bred Namibian, graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons.) in geology from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, in 1981, and spent four years in research on the structure and metamorphism of the Lower Ugab Domain in the Kaoko belt at the Stellenbosch.

| | | Marcelo Schwarz Country Manager | Mr. Schwarz is a Brazilian geologist and a graduate of Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil (2003) with a B.Sc. in Geology. Mr. Schwarz joined INV Metals in June, 2010 to supervise the Company's Rio Novo Project. Mr. Schwarz's previous experience includes brown field exploration at both Votorantim's Niquelândia laterite nickel mine in Goiás, Brazil and Rio Tinto's Curuá bauxite project in Pará, Brazil. Most recently, Mr. Schwarz was employed by Vale as an exploration geologist, exploring several base metal projects in Carajás in close proximity to the Rio Novo property.

| | | Valter Segundo Geologist | Mr. Segundo is a Brazilian geologist and a graduate of Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil (2006) with a B.Sc. in Geology. Since graduating, Mr. Segundo has been working in environmental, exploration and mine geology. He has participated in projects for different commodities including iron-vanadium, laterite and sulphide nickel, platinum group elements, gold, and iron oxide-copper-gold deposits, all located in northeastern Brazil. Most recently, Mr. Segundo was employed by Mirabela Nickel Ltd. as an exploration geologist, including grassroots and brown field exploration, at their Santa Rita sulphide nickel mine in Bahia, Brazil. Mr. Segundo joined INV Metals in April, 2011.

| | | Michael McMaster Geologist | Mr. McMaster is an Australian geologist with a 2006 B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Queensland. Mr. McMaster commenced work at INV Metals' Itaporã Project in April, 2011. Before joining INV Metals, Michael spent a year working at Brazilian Gold's Boa Vista Project in the Tapajós Region of Pará, Brazil. Prior to that, Michael spent three years working for a junior exploration company conducting gold and gemstone exploration in Tanzania. Mr. McMaster is also familiar with the Archean geology of the Pilbara region in Western Australia having worked with BHP Billiton Iron Ore for several months in 2005/2006.

| | | Scott Jennings Consulting Geologist | Mr. Jennings joined INV in August 2009, following a successful 25 year career with Teck Resources and its predecessor companies, Teck Cominco and Cominco. Mr. Jennings served as Teck's Country Manager in Namibia from 2001 to 2009, where he was responsible for generating the Kaoko property. He was awarded Cominco's President's Award for his part in the discovery of the Anarraaq zinc deposit in the Red Dog district of Alaska. In addition to acting as Exploration Manager for Cominco at Red Dog, Mr. Jennings served as Cominco's Chief Geologist in Mexico. Mr. Jennings has worked in Spain, Puerto Rico, the Canadian Arctic (Pine Point), and throughout the western U.S. He holds a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Montana and a B.Sc. in Geology from Northern Arizona University.
